Replacing Spool (Continued)
4. On the new spool, free both ends of the line. Thread both ends of the line
through the holes on the spool body with the smooth side with the arrow facing
upwards. Make sure the ends of the line do not slip out of the holes. See image 4.
5. Insert the new spool onto the cutting head. See image 5.

6. Slide the spool cover over the spool assembly and push firmly into place. When
you use the trimmer, any excess trimmer line will be cut off with the trimmer blade
mounted on the guard. See image 6.
