Once a flame is established, the gas pressure must not fall more than another 3"WC as
the unit reaches the maximum firing rate.
Commissioning a boiler
For the commissioning of each boiler:
1. Record the type of gas and incoming gas pressure.
Type of Gas _________ Gas Pressure _______ Ignition Gas Pressure _______Lock-up
Gas Pressure _________ Static Gas Pressure______High Fire Gas Pressure________Low Fire
Original CO
2
%________High Fire Adjusted CO
2
________High Fire Original CO
2
%_______Low Fire
Adjusted CO

________Low Fire µA _________High Fire µA ________Low Fire
If your system is comprised of multiple boilers, after commissioning the individual boilers:
Verify the gas pressure provided to the system.
Operate all the boilers at their maximum firing rate, and achieve a steady state.
Record the lowest gas pressure observed _________ .
High fire all boilers ( pressure should not deviate significantly from the individual pressure recorded
earlier).
You will use the V-10 controller's "Manual" mode to perform the following boiler setup. Once
commissioning is completed, you must return the load to the desired load configuration. If this is a
multiple-boiler system, disconnect the boiler network wiring by removing the terminal block TB2 pins 1-10
(unplug the 12-pin connector).
2. Set the Load Type to Manual as well as the maximum supply and the heat output values.
