• Premere il pulsante (5) e per qualche secondo si
visualizzerà la temperatura di riscaldamento
preimpostata.
• Se si desidera variare il valore, premere i pulsanti
(4) o (6) fino al valore desiderato.

DUREZZA PRODOTTO
• Premere il pulsante (13) e per qualche secondo si
visualizzerà il valore di consistenza impostato.
• Se si desidera variare il valore, premere i pulsanti
(12) o (14) fino al valore desiderato.
Nella fase di scarico del prodotto, se l’operatore con
la paletta nota che la consistenza del prodotto non
è quella desiderata, aumentare la durezza premendo
il pulsante “SET” (13) e per qualche secondo si
visualizzerà il valore di consistenza preimpostato,
quindi agire sul pulsante “AUMENTA VALORE” (12)
fino a raggiungere il risultato desiderato, il valore
rimarrà memorizzato per i cicli successivi.
Non arrestare mai il mantecatore quan-
do il gelato ha raggiunto la consistenza
desiderata.

(4) or (6) to reach the value you wish.

• Press the button (13) to display the pre-set
pasteurising temperature for some seconds.
• If you wish to change the value, press the buttons
(12) or (14) to reach the value you wish.
When unloading the product, if the operator with
the shovel should notice that the product
consistency is not the one wished, increase hardness
by pressing the “SET” button (13). The pre-set
consistency value will appear for some seconds. Then
act on the “VALUE INCREASE” button (12) to reach
the value you wish. The value will remain stored for
the following cycles.
Never stop the whipper when the ice-
cream has reached the consistency you
wish.
