Get started
Connecting the machine to the power supply
Make sure that the voltage and frequency of the sewing machine are the
same as in your main power supply before you plug in the machine. The
voltage and the frequency are shown on the label on the bottom of the
sewing machine.
1. Make sure that the power switch is off.
2. Plug the power cord into the machine´s socket.
3. Plug the power cord into the wall socket.
4. Press the power switch.
5. Pull out the spool pin and place the extra pin on top.
How to use the foot control
You can vary the sewing speed by how hard you press the foot control.
The harder you press, the faster the machine sews. If you lift your foot off
the pedal, the machine will automatically stop sewing.
NB: The type of foot pedal used in this machine has either the mark
‘Jegon’ or ‘FDM’. The mark on the foot pedal should match the mark on the
sewing machine plug socket.
TIP! To get an idea of the sewing speed, try pressing the foot
control before threading the machine.
