GENERAL INFORMATION
Isotherm refrigerators guarantee performance and reliability. The 12V DC power supply makes them especially
exible. The power source can either be a battery, a transformer or a solar panel.
Provided with a totally watertight compressor, they offer a minimal power consumption and noise level.
All the models are extremely easy to install. They can work while being tilted up to 30 deg for short term.
In order to make sure that your Isotherm refrigerator works as efciently as possible, please pay attention
to the following general instructions:
• Opening the door of the refrigerator uselessly increases the waste of energy;
• A good ventilation on the compressor and condenser unit ensures a good performance and reduces the
energy consumption.
• The vehicle´s electric system must be in good conditions. Routinely check the batteries and the charge
level. Follow the instructions about the cable cross sections and the fuse connections strictly;
• Keep the inside of the refrigerator clean and dry. Remove any condensate water which might gather in
the tray under the freezer compartment;
• Keep the door of the refrigerator slightly open in order to air it out if you do not use it for a long time, for
example in winter.
• This equipment is not intended for use by people (including children) with limited physical, sensorial, or
mental capacity, or that lack experience or knowledge of the same, unless they have had the benet of
supervision of instruction on use of the equipment by someone that is responsible for their safety.
• Children must be watched to ensure that they do not play with the equipment.
• Suitable for camping usage.
• Do not expose this equipment to rain.
• The lamp may be replaced by authorized personnel only.
