Repeat the pumping action until no bubbles are visible in the
flowing fuel.
No more bubble in the fuel indicates that air bleeding is
completed.
Tighten the bleeding screws and the feed pump knob on
completion of bleeding.
Start the engine and check the fuel system for fuel leak.
Fuel Filter Element Change
Change interval
Fuel filter element change interval : Every 600 operating hours
Change procedure
Center bolt type fuel filter
Loosen the drain plug at the lower top of the center bolt and
drain the fuel in the fuel filter.
Loosen the center bolt to remove the fuel filter body and the
element.
The filter body will be removed together with the element.
Clean the filter body. Use the new element and the new gaskets.
Install the filter body together with the element and tighten the
center bolt securely.
NOTlCE:
7. During removal, be careful not to stain the parts
around with the fuel in the cup.
2. After changing fuel filter element, conduct fuel air
bleeding.
