2.3.5 High forward flow T1
Description: The set value in Max limit heating system temperature +2K.
Check Action
1. B Go to temperatures and look at T1.
B Use a digital thermometer and meas-
ure at the T1 sensor.
Do the values correspond?
yes: Æ 2
no: B Check the attachment of the T1, replace sensor if
necessary.
Does the error message recur? Æ 2
2. B Start the heat pump in heating mode
(60 Hz)
B Go to temperatures, check T8 and T9.
Is delta between 7-10°K?
yes: Æ 4
no: B Check that relay HR1 is connected and that G3 has
reached maximum speed.
Does the error message recur? Æ 3
3. B Check the dirt filter on the hot side
and clean it.
Does the error message recur? Æ 4
4. B Go to alarm history and check what
the heat pump did when the alarm
was activated.
Did the heat pump produce hot water?
yes: Æ 5
no: Æ 8
5. B Go to manual operation and activate
the three-way valve.
Does it start?
yes: Æ 7
no: Æ 6
6. Three-way valve motor defective. B Replace the motor.
7. B Remove the three-way valve motor.
B Check that the three-way valve goes in
and out easily (use pliers).
Does it move easily?
yes: Æ 8
no: B Replace valve/insert.
Does the error message recur? Æ 8
