I Turning on power
Turn on the hot tub by ac tivating the master switch; a few
minutes later the first daily filtering c ycle is automatically ac-
tivated (please refer to the corresponding sec tion). In models
with t wo pumps, the second pump is also activated for about
a minute, in order to free the pipes from any obstacles. The wa-
ter temperature LED flash on the control panel and the mes-
sages “COL” or “ICE” appear.
NOTE: “COL” and “ICE” will only appear when the spa is in E-
conomy mode.
I Start-up
Activating the pump(s) (please refer to the “control panel”)
NOTE: do not star t the pump(s) if the water does not cover the
highest pump nozzles.
I Addition of chemical additives at first star t-up
Please refer to the Jacuzzi system water treatment guide and
relative catalogue for details on water quality maintenance,
the methods and warnings governing the use of relative
chemical produc ts.
CAUTION: Read and follow all the instructions re-
lated to the use and storage methods of chemical
products, in strict compliance to the manufacturer's
instructions provided on the packaging.
CAUTION! Do not use trichlorine tablets! This can
damage the components of the hot tub and cause
burning and irritation to the skin and mucous mem-
branes. The use of these chemicals will void the
manufacturer's warranty.
N.B.: Always cover the spa (except when mixing chemical
additives!) with the insulating cover, so as to reduce heating
times and thus minimize operating costs.
The time required for initial heat-up will vary depending on the
star ting water temperature.
WARNING!
Do not step into the hot tub until the amount of selec ted
disinfectant has dropped below the level recommended
by the manufac turer and/or dealer.
Always check the water temperature carefully before step-
ping into the hot tub.
