become

hot

operating,

light

light

as
long

only
be
used
with
the
camcorder's
power
on
mit

balance

shooting
ability

close-up

obtainable
in
the
situations
listed

as
a

one-color
wall,

a

dark

visible
in
the

patterns
that
are
regularly
repeated.

When
the
scene
is
affected
by
sunbeams
or
light
reflecting
off

surface

a
body
of

shooting
a
scene
with

lens

dry
naturally.

subject
close
to
the
lens,
zoom
out
first

zoomed-in

auto
focus

the
camcorder

automatically
zoom
out

distance

camcorder

FOCUS
(b®).
The
manual
focus
indicator
appears.

To
focus
on
a
farther
subject,
rotate
the
MENU/BRIGHT
wheel
towards
“+”.

appears
and
blinks.
To
focus
on
a
nearer
subject,
rotate
the
MENU/BRIGHT
wheel
towards
“~".
4”
appears
and
blinks.

Press
the
MENU/BRIGHT
wheel.
Focus
adjustment
is
complete.
To
reset
to
Auto
Focus,
press
FOCUS
(B®)
twice
or
set
the
Power
Switch
to
BY”.
If
FOCUS
(bP)
is
pressed
once,
the
camcorder
will
enter
the
focus
adjustment
mode
again.
NOTES:

Be
sure
to
focus
the
lens
in
the
maximum
telephoto
position
when
you
use
the
Manual
Focus
mode.
if,
you
focus
in
on
a
subject
in
the
wide-angle
position,
sharply
focused
images
cannot
be
obtained
when
zoomed
up
because
the
depth-of-field
is
reduced
at
longer
focal
lengths.

further

closer,
