Cooking guide for power levels
The power levels allow you to choose the best amount of heating energy for the food you are
cooking. Below are listed all the power levels, examples of foods best cooked at each level, and
the amount of microwave power you are using.

Cook ground beef or begin cooking roasts.

Cook fresh fruits and vegetables.
Preheat browning dish.

8 80 % All reheating.
Cook scrambled eggs.
