Troubleshoot the controller.

x x x Controller fuse blown Check for battery power to the controller and replace the
fuse. If replacing the fuse doesn’t fix the problem, troubleshoot the controller wiring.

x Controller HMI inoperative Replace the controller HMI module, if necessary. Cont. S/M x Controller in the OUT OF SERVICE
mode
Change the operating mode on the controller. Section 2
x Engine start circuit open Start the engine with the controller in MANUAL mode to test
the generator set. Troubleshoot the engine start circuit and time delays.

x x Emergency stop switch activated Reset the emergency stop switch.
Check remote emergency stop switch, if equipped.

x x Voltage regulation inoperative Replace the junction box sensing fuses. If the fuse blows
