TO BOIL THE WATER

2 options:

– You can start boiling water at default temperature (93°C /200° F) by pressing

the START/STOP Button.

NOTE: To go back to default temperature, press and hold the START/STOP

button for 2second.

– You can also adjust the kettle to your desired temperature (from 160°F (71°C)

to boil (100°C /212°F)) by pressing the + and - buttons. To scroll

quickly, press and hold the + or - button.

 Once the temperature has been chosen, press the START/STOP button to start the

boiling cycle. The LED button will start ashing in RED, the current water temperature will

be displayed and gradually increase until it reaches the desired temperature.

 After the water reaches the programmed temperature, the LED button will switch to solid

red and you will hear a long beep sound. Your kettle will then switch to keep warm function.

NOTE: To stop the cycle after it has started, press the START/STOP button once.

KEEP WARM FUNCTION

 Your kettle has a default KEEP WARM function (g 10), that maintains the water at the

previously set temperature for 30 minutes.

NOTE: After 30 minutes the display will turn off automatically and you will hear a long beep

sound indicating your kettle is in standby mode.

TIMER:

 Your kettle has a count-up timer function that you can use during the keep warm mode.

To start/stop the count up on your display, press the TIMER button. Once stopped, the

display will go back to temperature display.

NOTE: The timer can count up to 8 minutes.

STANDBY MODE:

 Unit will turn off automatically and switch to STANDBY mode at the end of the KEEPWARM

cycle or if no buttons are pressed for 1 minute.

 To wake your kettle, make sure the kettle is on the base, then press any button.

MEMORY FUNCTION:

 While on the base, your kettle has a memory function that will display the last temperature

set before the STANDBY mode.

NOTE: If your kettle is new, the default memorized function is 200° F (93°C).

SWITCH BETWEEN CELSIUS & FAHRENHEIT:

 Press both “+” and “-” at the same time to switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit.
