2. PresstheON/OFFbuttonontheremotecontrollertoturniton.
3. Pressthemodebuttontoscrollthroughthefollowingfunctions,oneatatime:
• COOL-Selectlowestpossibletemperature.
• HEAT-Selecthighestpossibletemperature.
4. Leteachfunctionrunfor5minutes,andperformthefollowingchecks:

19.7. Double-Check Pipe Connections
Duringoperation,thepressureoftherefrigerantcircuitwillincrease.Thismayrevealleaksthatwerenotpresentduringyour
initialleakcheck.TaketimeduringtheTestRuntodouble-checkthatallrefrigerantpipeconnectionpointsdonothaveleaks.
• Usingremotecontrol,returnunittothenormaloperatingtemperature.
• Usinginsulationtape,wraptheindoorrefrigerantpipeconnectionsthatyouleftuncoveredduringtheindoorunit
installation process.
19.8. Ambient Temperature is Below 63°F (17°C)
Youcan’tusetheremotecontrollertoturnontheCOOL
functionwhentheambienttemperatureisbelow17°C.
Inthisinstance,youcanusetheMANUALCONTROL
buttontotesttheCOOLfunction.
• Liftthefrontpaneloftheindoorunit,andraiseit
untilitclicksinplace.
• TheMANUALCONTROLbuttonislocatedon
theright-handsideoftheunit.Pressit2timesto
selecttheCOOLfunction.
• PerformTestRunasnormal.
