Deleting
Deleting a Phone Number
1. Select an entry to edit.
2. Use to select a phone number.
3. Press and hold to delete it.
4. Press .
Deleting a Contact Entry
1. Press Contacts and use to highlight an
entry.
2. Press Right Soft Key [Options], then press
[Erase].
3. Press Yes.
Deleting a Speed Dial
1. Press [MENU].
2. Use to select Speed Dials, then press .
3. Use to select the Speed Dial number.
4. Press Right Soft Key [Remove].
5. Use to select Yes, then press .
Searching Your Phone’s Memory
The VX8300 phone is able to perform a dynamic
search of the contents in your phone’s memory and
display them in ascending order. Search by
scrolling alphabetically or by letter.
Scrolling through Your Contacts
1. Press Right Soft Key [Contacts].
Contacts display alphabetically.
2. Use to scroll through the list.
Searching by Letter
1. Press Right Soft Key [Contacts].
Contacts display alphabetically.
2. Press (or press repeatedly) the key on the
keypad that corresponds with the search letter.
