Troubleshooting
If an abnormal symbol appears in the display window, check the following before asking for
service.
Request for the service center or agent in the case of failure or damage except for the following.
This appliance is fitted with a safety function that automatically stops the operation of the
washing machine when it is exposed to heavy disturbance on the mains.

Is the water tap shut off?
Is the water supply cut off?
Is the tap or water supply hose frozen?
Is the water pressure low or is the filter of the inlet
valve clogged with impurities?
Is the Hot hose connected to cold?
Is the Cold hose connected to hot?
If the Washing Machine is subjected to an unstable
supply of water , " IE " is on the DISPLAY.
Is th drain hose positioned correctly?
Is the drain hose bent or placed too high?
Is the internal part of the hose or drain pump (only
pump model) clogged with impurities?
Check if power has gone off.
Is the laundry evenly balanced?
Is the washing machine placed on a flat surface?
Is too much soap being used.
Is the lid closed?
Brake Resister Error
Clutching Error
Coupling Error
