proceeding; default settings shown in bold.
For natural light detection, see Footnote 5.
Read all instructions before proceeding.
Press and hold the button(s) indicated in the pictures
below until the lens begins to flash (approximately
5seconds).

The setting is saved after the button is released.

The lens will flash once at each setting.
(Always starts at setting 1.)
EXAMPLE: To set the Timeout to 30 minutes, press
and hold the large button. Release the button after
the lens flashes for the fifth time (approximately
3seconds between flashes).

Timeout is the delay until lights go off after room is
vacated.

Short (less than 15-second) timeout for testing sensor
coverage. After entering, device will exit test mode
automatically after 5 minutes, or when any button is
pressed.

MS-OPS5M and MS-VPS5M default.

MS-OPS6M2-DV, MS-VPS6M2-DV, UMS-OPS6M2-DV,
and UMS-VPS6M2-DV default.

Lights turn on only if natural light in room is low. If switch
turns on when there is enough natural light, or if switch
does not turn on when there is not enough natural light,
press the large button within 5seconds of entering the
room. Over time, this interaction will “teach” the switch
your preferred setting.
