Changing the V-belt
1. Removethebatterycartridgeandthewheel.
2. Loosen the hex socket bolts using the hex wrench
and then remove the cover .

3. WhilestronglytwistingtheV-beltsothatitsinner
sidefacesupasshowninthegure,turntheboltonthe
pulley(large)clockwiseusingtheboxwrench.
TheV-beltwilldeviatefromthetrackandcomeo󰀨as
youturnthebolt.

NOTICE: Never turn the box wrench counter-
clockwise. Doing so loosen the bolt on the pulley
(large) and result in poor performance.
4. HookthenewV-belttothepulley(small).Putthe
otherendoftheV-beltontothepulley(large)sothat
itispartiallyhookedontheforefrontrailofthepulley.
(Youdon'thavetohooktheV-belttoalloftherailson
thepulleyatthisstage).Afterthat,turntheboltonthe
pulley(large)clockwiseusingtheboxwrench.
TheV-beltwillgetonthetrackasyouturnthebolt.

Make sure that all the guides on the internal circle of the
V-belttintotherailsonthepulleys.Alltherailsonthe
pulleymustsupporttheguidesontheV-belt.Ifthereis
a rail which does not support the guide, the V-belt is not
properlyinstalled.
