The router does not

Plug is not connected to a

Open the brush cap, and replace the old
brushes with suitable new brushes
The surface of the
workpiece is not
smooth after cutting
The bit is dull Change to a sharp bit
Routing at an inappropriate
bit speed
Select an appropriate bit speed
Bit cannot be
installed
Bit size is inappropriate for
the collet/nut
Use only 1/4" or 1/2" diameter bits
