11. Text Messages
Your telephone allows to send and receive text
messages. There is at least one unread message, if
the icon appears on the screen.
To read unread messages, in Idle Mode you should
press the UP key, and next select Messages->
Inbox. As soon as you view the new message(s),
the icon will automatically disappear.
When the inbox is full, the icon will go blinking.
To solve the problem, delete messages out of the
inbox.
11.1 Creating and Sending Text Messages
1. Enter MENU->Messages>Create Message
to enter a text editor,
2. Type your text message.
 Changing input modes: To change the
Input Mode (digits, lower and uppercase
letters), press the „#”; if you want to insert a
symbol, press „ ”.
3. Sending text messages – after typing your
text message, press Options, and next
Done. You can either directly dial the
number on the keypad or select it from the
Phonebook (Options->Phonebook). Press
Send, and next select the SIM Card to be
used for sending this text message.
