Troubleshooting
The following phenomena are not failures:
The vent gives off
white smoke
The hot water becomes cold
because of low flow.
In winter, the
high-temperature water
cannot flow out.
In summer, the
low-temperature water
cannot flow out.
The water heater flames out
suddenly after being used for
20min.

Root Causes and Corrective Actions
The room temperature is too low, so the exhaust gas is condensed into white fog when
meeting the outdoor cold air.
When the hot water is in low flow (below the start-up water pressure), the water heater
blows out and hot water becomes cold. Therefore, do not leave the hot water in low flow.
When the supply water temperature is too low and the water volume control knob is
switched to the large mode, the heating capacity of the water heater may be insufficient.
At this point, please switch the season change knob to the “Winter-Spring” mode or lower
the water flow appropriately.
When the supply water temperature is too high, the temperature is set low and the hot
water faucet is turned down, the outlet hot water temperature may be too high. At this
point, please switch the season change knob to the “Summer-Autumn” mode or increase
the water flow appropriately.
In case of the lack of oxygen, some models have the 20-minute timing protection function, that
is, after a 20-minute continuous use of the water heater, the water heater will automatically
extinguish. Please turn off the hot water faucet and use the water heater after a while.
Please check the following sites under the following circumstances:
The water heater cannot
ignite.
No hot water flows out.
The water is not hot enough.
The water is too high.
● The main gas valve is not opened.
● There is air in the gas pipe.
●
The power is not switched on and the power fails.
● The gas pressure is improper.
● The water supply pressure is insufficient and the
inlet valve is not opened fully.
● The flue pipe is blocked and the air pressure is
too great.
● There is an internal failure.
Fully open the main gas valve.
Switch on and off the hot water outlet valve continuously
for many times until the water heater ignites.
Switch on the power.
Contact the maintenance personnel to check the pressure
regulation valve.
Fully open the inlet valve and ask the maintenance
personnel to check the water pressure.
Ask the maintenance personnel to remove debris and
reuse the water heater after the air pressure becomes low.
Contact the maintenance department.
● The water inlet valve is not opened fully.
(The water heater will flame out when the water
flow is too low.)
● The start-up time is too short.
● The water freezes.
● The water pipe is too long, and it will take a
certain time for the hot water to flow out.
● The gas is used up or not enough.
Fully open the water inlet valve
Wait for a moment.
Remove the ice.
Wait for a moment.
Add gas.
● The water flow is too large and the heating
capacity of the water heater is insufficient.
● The main gas valve is not opened fully
● The temperature is set too low.
● The mode is the “Summer-Autumn” mode.
Lower the water flow.
Fully open the main gas valve.
Raise the temperature.
Switch to the “Winter-Spring” mode.
● The water flow is too low.
● The temperature is set too high.
● The mode is the “Winter-Spring” mode.
Increase the water flow.
Lower the temperature.
Switch to the “Summer-Autumn” mode.
