Most problems that occur during daily use can be easily corrected. With the help
of the following guide, you will be able to find the causes of problems and rectify
them.

Important! Do not open the outer casing of the machine.
Repairs must only be carried out by a Miele approved service technician.
Repairs and other work by unqualified persons could be dangerous. The
manufacturer cannot be held liable for unauthorised work.
If you can't remedy the problem yourself, please call Miele. Please note that a
call-out charge will be applied to unnecessary service visits where the problem
could have been rectified as described in these operating instructions.
Messages in the display
Error messages must be confirmed with "OK", otherwise the message can
reappear in the display even though the problem has been remedied.
^ Follow the instructions which appear in the display to remedy the problem.
^ If the fault message appears in the display again, contact Miele.
Message Possible cause and remedy
F1, F2
F80, F82
There is an internal fault.
^
Switch the machine off with the On/Off - sensor. Wait for 1
hour before switching it back on again.
F41,F42
F74,F77
F 235, F 236
There is an internal fault.
^
Switch the machine off with the On/Off - sensor. Wait for 2
minutes before switching it back on again.
