This control switches the lighting on
and off and is also a dimmer switch.

The fan can be set to continue running
for 5 to 15 minutes. The fan is switched
off automatically after either 5 or 15
minutes.
m Touch control for the
grease filter
The indicator lamp for the grease filter
touch control lights up when the vapour
plate and grease filter need to be
cleaned.
The touch control is used:
– to reset the operating hours counter
after cleaning the vapour plate and
the grease filter (see "Cleaning and
Care").
– to show how long the grease filter
has been in use (see "Operation / Fil-
ter operating hours counter").
– to alter the number of hours counted
by the filter operating hours counter
(see "Operation / Altering the filter
operating hours counter").
