Problem Possible fault Solution
The Intake/Drain
indicator light
alternates between
flashing and
remaining steady.
The water supply is
closed.
Open the water supply all the
way.
The dishwasher
stops running.
The Intake/Drain
indicator light
flashes.
The time display
shows fault FXX.
Before fixing the fault:
–
Press the K button to turn the
dishwasher off.
Fault F12/F13:
Water intake fault.

Open the water supply all the
way.
– Clean the screen in the water
intake (see User maintenance
instructions).
– The water pressure at the
water connection is less than
4.35 psi.
Consult a plumber.
Fault F11:
Water drainage fault.
There might be water in
the wash cabinet.
– Clean the triple filter (see
"Cleaning and care").
– Clean the drain pump (see
"User maintenance
instructions").

Clean the non-return valve
(see "User maintenance
instructions").

Remove any kinks or high
loops in the drain hose.
