Controls
The oven is operated with the function
selector and the temperature selector.
Function selector
Use the function selector to select the
required oven function.
The function selector can be turned
clockwise or anti-clockwise.
Do not attempt to turn it all the way
round in either direction as this will
damage the selector.

Light H
For switching the oven light on
independently.
–
Conventional A
For long, slow baking or traditional
recipes, e.g. fruit cake, casseroles.
–
Gentle bake ö
For cooking dishes that require a
crispy finish, e.g. bakes and gratins.
–
Grill n
For grilling flat items e.g. fish and
cuts of meat such as chops, steaks,
and kebabs.
Grill with the oven door closed.
– Rapid heat-up Ä
For reducing the heating-up time and
for pre-heating the oven.
Also useful for cooking ready made
meals.
– Fan plus Y
For baking or cooking on several
levels at the same time.
–
Fan grill N
For grilling thick cuts, e.g. rolled
meat, poultry.
Grill with the oven door closed.
