WARNING
Do not run the engine as without installing a machine. Always run it in combination with the
working machine. Otherwise it could cause accident.
Do not use the engine under the inuence of overwork, intoxication or medicine. It could
impair normal capacity of judgment, resulting in serious accidents.
Do not allow anyone, who does not understand this instruction manual, operating the engine.
Keep it away also from children. There is a risk of accident.
Always practice the daily inspection and servicing. Any defective sections must be repaired
before use. Insufcient inspection, service or repair could cause accidents.
Securely tighten the fuel tank cap. If fuel leaks from loosely tightened tank cap, it could
cause re. Check the fuel system, and conrm there is no fuel leakage before operation, to
prevent re accident.
When starting the engine, remove all combustible objects (ammables such as litter or waste
paper, or hazardous substances like explosives) completely from inside or around the engine.
Such could cause re.
When starting the engine, conrm that nobody remains in the radius of 15 m around it, to
prevent accident.
Do not run the engine with any covers, labels or other parts removed. It could cause personal
injury or damage on devices.
Do not modify the engine. It could cause accident.
Do not check the ignition while the spark plug is removed. There is a risk of explosion if
residual fuel catches re and explodes.
Separate the engine 1 m or more from the building or other equipment during operation.
There is a risk of re if heated exhaust gas contacts combustible objects.
Take care not to release exhaust gas against animals or plants being present nearby. There is
a risk of poisoning by exhaust gas.
Always stop the engine when the work is interrupted, the engine is moved to another place or
inspected or maintained. There is a risk of accident.
Drain fuel from the fuel tank when transporting the engine on a vehicle. Leaked fuel could
catch re.
Drain fuel after use. Do no store fuel and engine at such places as near re, stove, furnace,
water heater or any other device which uses the pilot ame or sparks, to avoid re.
