2. Insert the battery cells (not supplied). Note the ’+’ and ’-’ markings inside
the battery compartment and insert in the correct direction.
3. Slide the battery cover back into place.
Note
You can either purchase non-rechargeble battery cells (2 x AAA batteries) or
rechargeable NIMH battery cells (2 x AAA batteries) for the parent unit.
Connecting the parent unit
You will need to carry out this process for the single or dual parent units.
1. Plug the DC plug of the power adaptor into the DC jack on the side of the
parent unit and plug the other end of the AC adaptor into the AC power
outlet.
2. Switch on the AC power. The parent unit turns on.
Note
The parent unit will not start charging if rechargeable NIMH battery cells are
installed.
Your PIP10 is now ready for use.
