provedsafetyclothing,suchasanti-slipfootwear,sleeves,protectivegoggles,helmetsetc.

Wearsafetygoggleswithsideshieldswhencleaningpartsusingcompressedair.
•
Wornordamagedcablesandchainsarenotreliable.Donotusetheseelementsinliftingortowingoperations.
•
Useregulationsafetyequipment,suchasapprovedeyeprotection,helmets,clothes,sleeves,andspecialfootwear
wheneveryouarewelding.Allindividualsneartheweldingprocessmustuseregulationeyeprotection.NEVER
LOOKATTHEWELDINGARCWITHOUTUSINGSUITABLEEYEPROTECTION.

Neverperformanyrepairsonthemachineifthereissomeoneintheoperatorseat,exceptwhenthepersonisa
qualiedoperatorwhoishelpingwiththeservicetobeperformed.
•
Neverrunthemachineoruseaccessoriesfromaplaceotherthantheoperatorseatornexttothemachinewhen
operatingthefenderswitches.
•
Neverperformanyoperationsonthemachinewiththeenginerunning,exceptwhenspecicallyinstructedtodo
so.Shutdowntheengineandreleaseallthepressurefromthehydrauliccircuitsbeforeremovingcovers,cases,
valvesetc.
•
Youmustconductallrepairandmaintenanceoperationswiththeutmostcareandattention.
•
Disconnectthebatteriesandputwarninglabelsonallthecontrolstowarnthatthetractorisbeingrepaired.Lock
themachineandalltheequipmentthatyouremove.
•
Nevercheckorllthefueltankorbatteriesorusestartinguidwhenyouaresmokingornearanakedame,
becausetheseuidsareammable.
•
Thefuelllinggunmustremainincontactwiththellerneck.Maintainthecontactuntilthefuelstopsowinginto
thetankinordertoavoidsparkscausedbystaticelectricitybuild-up.
•
Totransportafaultytractor,useatraileroralowloaderplatformtrolley,ifavailable.
•
Toloadandunloadthemachinefromthemodeoftransport,chooseaatareathatoffersrmsupportforthe
wheelsofthetruckortrailer.Securelyfastenthemachinetotheplatformofthetrailerortruck,inaccordancewith
thetransporter’srequirements.

Alwaysusehoistmechanismswithanappropriatecapacityforliftingormovingheavycomponents.

Chainsmustalwaysbesecurelyfastened.Thefasteningdevicemusthavesufcientcapacitytosupportthein-

TheworkareamustalwaysbeCLEANandDRY .Cleanitimmediatelyifanywateroroilisspilled.

Neverusegasoline,diesel,orotherammableliquidsforcleaning.Useonlynon-toxicsolvents.

Donotallowclothssoakedwithoilorgreasetoaccumulatebecausetheycancausearerisk.Alwayskeepthese
clothsinametalcontainer.
STARTING
•
Neverruntheengineinenclosedspacesthatarenotequippedwithasuitableexhaustorgasextractionsystem.
•
Neverbringyourhead,body,arms,legs,feet,hands,orngersclosetofansorrotatingbelts.
ENGINE
•
Alwaysloosentheradiatorcapslowlybeforeremovingit,inordertodissipatethesystempressure.Youmusttop
upthecoolantwiththeenginestopped.
•
Donotllupthefueltankwhentheengineisrunning.
•
Neveradjustthefuelinjectionpumpwhenthetractorisinmotion.
•
Neverlubricatethetractorwhentheengineisrunning.
