Memory card
Use only compatible microSD cards approved by Nokia for
use with this device. Nokia uses approved industry standards
for memory cards, but some brands may not be fully
compatible with this device. Incompatible cards may damage
the card and the device and corrupt data stored on the card.
Note: Keep all memory cards out of the reach of small children.
Insert the memory card
1 Place your finger in the recess below
the door of the memory card slot, and
lift the door. Pull the door to the right
to reveal the hinge, and swing the door
to the side.
2 Insert a compatible memory
card in the slot. Make sure that
the contact area on the card is
facing up and towards the slot.
3 Push the card in. You can
hear a click when the card
locks into place.
4 Push the hinge back in, and
close the door. Ensure that
the door is properly closed.

HSDPA (High-Speed
Downlink Packet Access)
HSDPA, also known as 3.5G, provides high data download
speeds. When HSDPA support is activated and the device is
connected to a UMTS network that supports HSDPA,
downloading data such as messages, email or browser pages
may be faster.
Note: HSDPA only affects the download speed; uploading speed
(sending data) is not affected.
Note: Please contact your service provider to check availability
and subscription to HSDPA services.
Wireless LAN
You can access Internet-related services through Wireless
LAN, if a Wireless LAN network is available. Wireless LAN can
be used during an active voice call or when packet data is
active. When your Nokia N95 is in offline profile, you can
still access Wireless LAN.
To use Wireless LAN on your Nokia N95, you need to create
an Internet access point in Wireless LAN. Select
Menu >Tools
> Settings > Connection > Access Points. Under Options, select
New Access Point, choose to use default or existing settings
and enter your Wireless LAN network details.
Only available if your network supports HSDPA.
Operations, services and some features, such as Maps, HSDPA and WCDMA may be
dependent on the network and/or SIM card as well as on the compatibility of the
devices used and the content formats supported.
Important: Remember to comply with any applicable safety
requirements when establishing and using a Wireless LAN connection.
Important: Always enable one of the available encryption methods
to increase the security of your Wireless LAN connection.
