Insert the (U)SIM card
and battery
(U)SIM card is an enhanced version of the SIM card and is
supported by UMTS mobile devices. For availability and
information on using SIM card services, contact your local
mobile operator or service provider.
Important: Keep all SIM cards out of reach of children
Important: Switch off device and/or disconnect charger
before removing the battery
1 With the back of the device facing
you, press the release button, slide
the cover, and lift it up.
2 To release the (U)SIM card holder,
lift the holder up from the handle.
3 Insert the (U)SIM card. Make
sure that the contact area on
the card is facing the connectors
on the device and the bevelled
corner on the card is facing the
base of the device.
4 Close the holder, and lock it
into place.
5 Insert the battery.
6 Replace the cover so that the
locking catches are directed
towards their slots, and slide
the cover into place.

Imaging Experience
Take pictures and videos
To activate the main camera, open the lens cover by using the camera activation switch.
Select your desired mode (Video or Image mode) and use the capture key to record
videos or take pictures.
Zoom in and out using the zoom key on your device.
Note: the quality of a digitally zoomed picture is lower than that of a non zoomed picture
Switch between the video and image modes
Select video (automatic or night) / image
(auto, close-up, portrait, landscape, sports, night,
night portrait, user defined) scenes
Select the flash mode (images only)
Activate the self-timer (images only)
Activate the sequence mode (images only)
Select a colour effect
Adjust white balance
Adjust the exposure compensation (images only)
Adjust light sensitivity (images only)
To change settings before capturing a picture / video, scroll through the Active Toolbar:
