Chapter 3. Troubleshooting
If you are encountering technical difficulties, browse the list below to see if any of
the suggestions are applicable.
• Make sure the card is properly seated in your PCI EXPRESS slot.
• Make sure the software has been correctly installed.
• Make sure your monitor and computer power cables are connected and
power is turned on.
• Ensure that your system contains no other videocards.
• Ensure that any onboard graphics capabilities are disabled.
• Make sure that your motherboard containes a PCI EXPRESS 16x slot. This
information can be found in the manual of your motherboard
• Make sure that the appropriate drivers have been installed for your VGA card
and monitor.
• Make sure that the resolution you configured matches the supported
resolution. See "Supported High Resolutions Graphics Modes".
