9.2. Option: External Super Black Box
Blue Power LED:
The blue Power-on LED illuminates when the power amplifier (or integrated amplifier) is
switched on via the amplifier's power on/off switch.
Yellow Discharge LED:
When the power amplifier is switched off, the yellow Unload LED illuminates for about 2 sec-
onds. This indicates that the rapid discharge circuit is discharging the electrolytics in the SBB.
The discharge circuit also activates if the SBB connecting cable is removed accidentally. This
makes it impossible for an SBB to contain a dangerous charge while it is disconnected.
