BONDING FOR ELECTROSTATIC
DISCHARGE CONTROL
To prevent electrostatic discharge from interfering
with the genset control, the control, generator and
the surrounding panels are bonded with braided
wire straps or panel screws with toothed washers
(Figure 5-13). Make sure all bond straps and
toothed washers are in place when reassembling
components.
