Rotisserie spit / Extraction bracket
Part Names and Handling Instructions
Caution
Insert the
rotisserie spit
tip end into the
rotisserie spit
insertion hole on
the right.
Position the
left end of the
baking stick to fit
the left insertion
bracket firmly as
indicated in the
diagram above.
Use the
extraction bracket
to position the
rotisserie spit in
the oven.
Fasten the
screw to
secure the
baking fork.
Attach the other
baking fork on
the opposite
end of the
baking stick and
compress the
food tightly.
Insert the baking
stick into one
baking fork.
Fasten the screw
at the baking
fork to secure a
firm position on
the baking stick.
Use the baking
stick to skewer the
chunky piece of
food at the center.

prevent being cut.

are attached to the
