Install
the
unit
in
a
well-ventilated
location
where.
it
will
not
be
exposed
to
high
temperatures
or
humidity.
Do
not
install
the
unit
in
a
location
which
is
exposed
to
direct
rays
of
the
sun,
or
near
hot
appliances
or
radiay
tors,
Excessive
heat
can
adversely
affect
the
cabinet,
and
internal
components.
Installation
of
the
unit
ina
damp
or
dusty
environment
may
result
in

exposed

smoke

Do
not
install
the
unit
on
a
tottered
stand,
nor
on
an
unstable

inclined

VENTILATION

installing
this
unit,
make
sure
to
leave
spacearound
the
unit
for
ventilation
to
improve
heat
radiation.
If
not
enough
space
is
provided
between
the
unit
and
walls
or
other
equipment,
heat
will
build
up
inside,
interfering
with
performance
or
causing
malfunctions.

in

components,
please
be
sure
to
install
it
at
the
very
top
of
the
stack.

Do
not
place
on
a
thick
carpet,
bed,
sofa
or
fabric
having
a
thick
pile.
Do
not
cover
with
fabric
or
other
covering.
Anything
that
blocks
ventilation
will
cause
internal
temperature
to
rise,
which
may
lead
to
breakdown
or
fire
hazard.

POWER-CORD
CAUTION
Handle
the
power
cord
by
the
plug.
Do
not
pull
out
the
plug
by
tugging
the
cord
and
never
touch
the
powe
cord
when
your
hands
are
wet
as
this
could
cause
short
circuit
or
electric
shock,

not
place
the
unit,

of
furniture,

on
the
power
cord,
or
pinch

Never
make
a
knot
in
the
cord
or
tie
it
with

routed

MAINTENANCE
OF
EXTERNAL
SURFACES
Use
a
polishing
cloth
or
dry
cloth
to
wipe
off
dust
and
dirt:
When
the
surfaces
are
very
dirty,
wipe
with
a
soft
cloth
dipped
in
some
neutral
cleanser
diluted
five
or
Six
times
with
water,
and
wrung
out
well,
and
thet
wipe
again
with
a
dry
cloth.
Do
not
use
fur
nitue|e
wax
of
cleaners.

use
thinners,
benzine,
insecticide
sprays
and
other
chemicals
on
or
near
this
unit,
since

these
will
corrode
the
surfaces.
