13. TROUBLESHOOTING
Hot water or
coffee does
not flow from
the filter
holder nozzles.
• Make sure that the tank is filled with water.
• It is possible that the air got inside the working part of the coffee machine which
could have caused the pump to shut down.
• Repeat the steps described in paragraph 6 (Before you start).
• If this function is not restored after this, contact a qualified service center.
No steam
flows from
the steam
hose nozzle.
• Remove any deposits that may have formed inside the nozzle of the milk foam
delivery tube .
• Check the water level in the container.
Coffee is
poured
through the
filter holder:
• Too much ground coffee may have been poured into the filter causing the filter
holder to be loosely fixed in the slot on the coffeemaker body. It is necessary wait
until the coffee machine cools down and re-prepare the drink using the appropriate
amount of ground coffee described.
When
preparing the
first serve the
coffee flows
out of the
filter holder
nozzles too
slowly or
does not flow
at all.
• Check the ground coffee filter. If the filter holes are clogged they need to be cleaned
using a small brush or a suitable tool.
• This problem may be caused by insufficient water flow through the perforated disc
in the socket of the coffee machine body. It is possible that after several months of
using the device, the disk holes are clogged. In this case it is necessary to clean the
disk with a brush or toothpick, then turn on the coffee maker and run water through
the device, but without the filter holder fixed in the case. The water shaould flow
freely from all the holes of the disk, if this does not happen - the disk is clogged and
you need to contact a service center.
• The water tank is not properly installed in the coffee machine body. Insert the tank
in the device body as tightly and steadily as possible.
• There is not enough water in the tank for the pump to make coffee. Fill the tank.
Coffee is
watery and
cold.
• The coffee used is of too coarse ground.
• To make a more concentrated and hot drink the coffee beans should be of finer
ground (suitable for espresso coffee machines).
