Polaris Phoenix 200 User Manual

1. Remove the fill plug.
2. Remove the transmission drain plug. Drain the oil into an appropriate
container. Discard used oil properly.
3. Clean and reinstall the drain plug. Torque to specification.
4. Add the recommended fluid.
5. Reinstall the fill plug.
6. Check for leaks.
REAR GEARCASE OIL
Always check and change the rear gearcase oil at the intervals outlined in the
Periodic Maintenance Chart beginning on page 49.
Maintain the oil level at the bottom of the check plug hole. We recommend the
use of POLARIS ATV Angle Drive Fluid. Use of other oils may result in improper
operation of components. See page 93 for the part numbers of POLARIS
products.
