5. Release the air box cover clips, and remove the air box cover.
6. Loosen the clamp and remove the air filter.
7. Remove the pre-filter from the main filter.
8. Wash the pre-filter in soapy water, then rinse and let dry.
9. Reinstall the pre-filter over the main filter. Replace the main filter if needed.
10. Reinstall the air filter into the air box. Tighten the clamp, but do not over-
tighten as filter damage could occur.
11. Reinstall the air box cover and the seat.
LIGHTS
Poor lighting can result in reduced visibility when driving. Headlight and taillight
lenses become dirty during normal operation. Clean lights frequently and
replace burned out lamps promptly. Always make sure lights are adjusted
properly for best visibility.
HEADLAMP REPLACEMENT
To access the assembly from the front, remove the front cover and unplug the
wiring harness. Remove the headlight assembly from the vehicle.
To access the headlight assembly without removing the front cover, reach up
under the front cab.
