12.2 RELIABILITY TARGETS
The following figures represent target averages for an established machine population,
using Ricoh supplies and serviced by fully experienced technicians. They are intended for
planning purposes only, since the actual performance may vary due to environment,
customer requirements, geographical situation and machine population.
A preventative maintenance policy (P.M.) is recommended to minimise machine downtime
and prevent unnecessary unscheduled maintenance calls (E.M.)
