Replacing the Transfer Roller
Note the correct way to install a new roller, as shown on the left:
The black collar must be on the right end of the roller [A].
The white collar must be on the left end of the roller [B].
Keep springs [A] and [B] shown on the right. The new transfer
roller may not have these springs.
After re-installing the transfer roller, press and release the
transfer roller several times to confirm that the roller bounces up
and down evenly. If it does not, the springs are not set correctly.
