PRACTICING

Recording
Your
Performance
You
can
record
each
hand
in
a
different
Track
or
record
different
instrument
sounds
in
different
Tracks
to
enjoy
multiple
recording.

1.
Select
an
instrument
you
wish
to
record,
then
set
the
Chorus,
Reverb,
Tempo,
etc.
*
You
cannot
change
the
Tempo
or
Beat
during
recording.
*
If
there
is
demo
performance
data
in
any
track,
the
tempo
could
fluctuate
during
recording
or
playback.
*
If
there
is
performance
data
in
either
track,
you
will
not
be
able
to
change
the
beat.
If
you
wish
to
change
the
beat,
you
will
first
need
to
clear
all
performance
data
from
both
tracks.
(See
page
27
for
instructions
on
how
to
do
this.)

Song
Number
ā€œ0ā€
with
the
Song
[+/-]
buttons.

recorded

Press
the
Rec
button,
and
the
indicator(s)
for
the
track(s)
where
no
data
is
recorded
begin
blinking.
This
is
the
Recording
Standby
mode.
Press
the
Ree
button
again
to
stop
recording.

neither
Track
indicator
starts
blinking,
it
means
that
performance
data
has
already
been
recorded
in
both
Tracks.
ress
either
Track
button
to
cause
the
corresponding
indicator
to
begin
blinking.
Now,
when
the
unit
starts
recording,
any
existing
data
in
the
Track
will
be
erased,
and
new
data
will
be
recorded.
Once
the
data
is
erased,
it
cannot
be
restored.
When
the
indicator
for
a
Track
lights
steadily,
the
performance
data
recorded
there
will
be
played
back
when
you
begin
recording.
If
you
do
not
want
to
hear
this
playback,
get
the
Track
indicator
to
go
out
before
pressing
the
Rec
button.
4,
If
you
wish
to
record
to
the
metronome,
press
the
Metronome
button.
5.
Press
the
Play
button,
and
the
HP
starts
recording
after
a
two-measure
count-in.
Now
you
can
start
playing
the
piano.
*
If
you
play
the
piano
without
pressing
the
Play
button,
the
HP
will
start
recording
right
away
without
any
count-in.
6.
Press
the
Play
button
to
stop
recording.
