INTRODUCTION
Using
the
Music
Rest
How
to
Open
and
Close
the
Piano
Lid
To
open
the
lid,
hold
the
lid
with both
hands
and
lift
it
slightly,
then
slide
it
in.
To
close
it,
pull
it
slowly
forward,
then
gently
lower
it.
Gently
lift
the
music
rest
and
fix
it
in
place
as
shown
below.
To
lower
it,
hold
the
music
rest
with
your
hand,
fold
the
metal
latches
with
another
hand,
then
slowly
lower
it.
*
Be
careful
that
your
fingers
do
not
caught
under
the
lid
when
opening
or
closing
it.
Adult
supervision
is
recommended
in
households
with
small
children.
If
you
need
to
move
the
piano,
make
sure
the
lid
is
closed
first
to
prevent
accidents.
Powering
Up
1.
Connect
the
power
cord
to
the
piano,
and
plug
the
other
end
to
the
power
outlet.
2.
Press
the
Power
button,
located
at
the
far
left
of
the
keyboard.

The
piano
requires
several
seconds
after
being
switched
on
before
it
is
ready
for
operation.
This
is
a
circuitry
protection
feature.
*
Be
sure
to
use
the
supplied
power
cord.
*
Tf
you
do
not
use
the
piano
for
a
long
period
of
time,
disconnect
the
power
cord
from
the
socket.
