with
MIDI
Rhythm
machines
and
sequencers
that
have
MIDI
terminals can be
played
synchronously.
When two
or
more
rhythm
machines
and
sequencers are connected
and
played synchronously,
the
MIDI
device
that
dictates the tempo
and
the
other
settings
is
called
the
master
and the device
(s)
that
are
controlled are called
the
slave (s).

equipped
to
accept
Song
Select
and
Song
Position
Pointer
MIDI
information,
the
track
number
and
the
bar
number
designated
by
the
TR-626
can
be
designated
to
the
same
settings
by
the
slave
devices.
