1. From home, swipe up to access Apps.
2. Tap Samsung folder > SamsungHealth, and
read and accept the terms and conditions.
3. Set up your health profile and goals.

This app can be used to monitor your exercise. While
moderate physical activity, such as brisk walking, is
safe for most people, health experts suggest that
