Indicator LED Lights up
Green if the remaining charge of the battery is 75 % or more
Yellow
if the remaining charge of the battery is 50 % or more. Check whether the
remaining service life is sufficient and, if necessary, replace the battery pack or
charge the used battery pack.
Orange
if the remaining charge of the battery is 25 % or more. Check whether the
remaining service life is sufficient and, if necessary, replace the battery pack or
charge the used battery pack.
Red
if the remaining charge of the battery is 25 % or less. Check if the remaining
service life is sufficient and change the battery pack as soon as possible or charge
the used battery pack.
Flashing red
If the remaining capacity of the battery allows the user to continue working for
only 10 more minutes (at full luminosity). Immediately replace the battery pack
with a charged one and charge this battery pack.
Flashing green
ERROR in the communication between LED headlamp (1) and control unit (3).
Check if the cable connector for the LED headlamp (7) is plugged in properly.
If the error cannot be corrected in this way, shut down the LED illumination
device immediately and replace the LED headlamp.
Flashing yellow
ERROR in the communication between the inserted battery pack (4) and control
unit (3) Check whether this error exists also with the second battery pack. If
the error persists, the control unit is defective and must be replaced. If the LED
illumination is operable with this battery pack the other battery pack is defective
and must be replaced.
