To Preheat and Cook with Automatic Mix Settings
* Suppose you want to preheat the oven to 200°C and roast a chicken for 20 minutes on HIGH MIX.

Press desired preheat temperature

Press the INSTANT COOK/START

When "ADD FOOD" is displayed, the
oven is preheated. If the oven door is
not opened, the oven will automati-
cally hold at the preheat temperature
for 30 minutes.
