Jacket potatoes: In this menu, the weight is input in pieces (i.e 1 piece = 1 potato = 250g). After selecting menu,
use the POWER LEVEL/WEIGHT pad to select number of pieces from 1 - 4.
Weight Range: Food weight should be rounded up or down to the nearest 0.1 kg e.g. 0.65kg to 0.7kg or
0.34kg to 0.3kg
You are restricted to enter a weight within the range given (see chart below). To
cook/defrost weights below or above the range given, please refer to the chart on page
20. To cook or defrost food which is not included in the AUTO COOK/DEFROST menu,
please refer to the charts on pages 20 to 24.
Defrost: If necessary, shield small areas of meat or poultry with flat pieces of aluminium foil. This will
prevent thin areas becoming warm during defrosting. Ensure the foil does not touch the
oven walls. Do not cook the meat or poultry until thoroughly defrosted.
When action is required (example, to turn food over) the oven stops and the audible signals sound, the
remaining cooking time and any indicator will flash on the display. To continue cooking, press the START/AUTO
MINUTE pad.
The final temperature will vary according to the initial food temperature. Check food is piping hot after cooking.
If necessary, you can extend the cooking time and change the power level.

No MENU WEIGHT RANGE COOKING PROCEDURE
AC-1 Roast Beef / Lamb 0.5kg - 1.5kg • Place meat in a flan dish on the turntable.
• Turn meat over when the oven bleeps.
• After cooking, leave meat to stand wrapped in
aluminium foil for 10 minutes.
AC-2 Roast Pork 0.5kg - 1.5kg • Place meat in a flan dish on the turntable.
• Turn meat over when the oven bleeps.
• After cooking, leave meat to stand wrapped in
aluminium foil for 10 minutes.
AUTO COOK/DEFROST
This function enables you to cook or defrost the foods listed on the control panel (see Auto Cook/Defrost chart below).
To operate the Auto Cook/Defrost function, follow the example given below.
Example: To cook a chicken weighing 1.6 kg on Auto Cook/Defrost 3.
Press the POWER
LEVEL/WEIGHT
pad 5 times.
Press the AUTO
COOK/DEFROST
pad 3 times.
After 2 seconds the oven
will start to cook.
(It is not necessary to press
the START/
AUTO MINUTE pad.)
