• Place the meat on a defrost rack.
• When the oven stops and the audible signals
sound, turn the food over, re-arrange and
separate. Shield the thin parts and warm spots
with aluminium foil.
• After defrosting, wrap in aluminium foil until
thoroughly defrosted.
