6.3 HST control wire (2WD
and 4WD with int. pump)
6.3.1 Replacement
1. Dismantle the control wire.
2. Fit the new control wire. Check that the
wire is fitted in the right direction.
The arrow on the wire casing should
always point forwards.
3. Fit the wire in the rear attachment, and
tighten the screw.
4. Check that the belt tensioner for the
engagement of the deck functions correctly
when the screw has been tightened, since
the screw is also a link for the tensioning
arm.
