3.4 MAIN COMPONENTS
The machine is made up of the 
following main components (g. 1 ):
A. Chassis
B. Engine
C. Fuel tank
D. Handle
E. Dashboard
F. Brush safety guard
G. Brush
H. Small wheels
I. Wheel
 Fixing accessories equipment
K. Lights (optional)
L. Electric starter plug
4. ASSEMBLY
For storage and transport purposes, some 
components of the machine are not installed 
in the factory and have to be assembled after 
unpacking. Follow the instructions below.
Unpacking and completing the
assembly should be done on a at and
stable surface, with enough space for
machine handling and its packaging,
always making use of suitable equipment.
Do not use the machine until all the
indications provided in the ASSEMBLY”
section have been carried out.
IMPORTANT The machine is
supplied without engine oil or fuel.
4.1 ASSEMBLY COMPONENTS
The packaging holds the components needed 
for assembly (g. 3 ) listed in the following table:

4.1.1 
1. Cautiously open the packaging, paying 
attention not to lose components.
2. Consult the documentation in the 
box, including these instructions.
3. Remove all the unassembled 
parts from the box.
4. Remove the machine from the box.
5. Dispose of the box and packaging in 
compliance with local regulations.
4.2 FORWARD AND BRUSH
CONTROL CABLE ASSEMBLY
Couple the cable eyelet to the 
specic opening (g. 5 ).
NOTE The cables are already pre-
assembled on the dashboard.
4.3 HANDLE ASSEMBLY
The handle is delivered with the dashboard 
already assembled.The machine handle 
assembly screws, gear control fastening 
screws and nuts and bolts to secure the brush 
directional control are delivered in a separate
package found in the machine packaging.
Install as follows:
1. Bring the two tubes at the ends of the handle 
(g. 6.A) up to the support (g. 6.B).
Insert the spacers (g. 6.C) and align 
the holes, taking into account the 
correct diameter (smaller cavity pointing 
out, bigger cavity pointing in).
2. Insert the screws in the holes and 
secure in place with the nuts.
4.3.1 
1. Screw the grips onto the threaded 
rod of the gear lever (g. 9.A) and the 
threaded rod of the brush adjustment 
lever (g. 9.B) accordingly.
2. Tighten the xing nut.
