Bar
and Chain
Top:
Backing off tensioning

guide
bar
The guide bar and Oilomatic chain are supplied separately
for safety reasons.
To
mount them, first unscrew the coliar nuts
(1)
from the
stud bolts (2) and take off the sprocket cover (3).
Now back off the chain tensioning

- below the stud
bolts
(2
) - by tuming the tensioning screw (5) counter-
clockwise to the end of
Its thread.

Locate slot
of
guide bar over the stud bolts (2)
so
that the
lug of the tensioning
nU1
(4) engages in the lower fixing
hole (6).
Starting at the chain sprocket, place the Oilomatic chain
on
the guide bar so thal cutting edges on the top
of
the bar are
facing
the
bar nose
(7).
Fit chain sprocket cover (3) on the
stud bolts
(2)
and tighten coliar nuts
(1)
temporarily by
hand. .
